SOMETIMES, THE BIGGEST HEROES ARE THE ONES NOBODY EXPECTS
Logan was only nine years old.
He was still a child.
He still had homework waiting for him at home, favorite games he loved to play, & the kind of curiosity that made him ask questions about almost everything.
Nobody looking at him that day would have expected him to become someone’s hero.
Nobody expected him to save a life.
And Logan certainly didn’t wake up that morning thinking he would have to.
Only one day earlier, Logan had learned something most children his age had never been taught.
CPR.
At first, it probably seemed like just another lesson.
He learned where to place his hands.
He learned how chest compressions worked.

But nobody knew how quickly “someday” would arrive.

The seconds felt like minutes.

The adults around him could see that he was exhausted.

This person needs help.
And Logan wasn’t going to stand there doing nothing.
He had learned what to do.
Now he was going to do it.
