1. Natural fertilizer for plants
Ingredients: avocado peels, water, a jar.
Avocado peels are rich in potassium, phosphorus, and magnesium. Soak them in water for 2 to 3 days to create a natural liquid fertilizer. Use this water to water your houseplants or vegetable garden.
2. Natural sink cleaner
Ingredients: avocado peels, salt or bicarbonate.
Avocado peels have gentle abrasive properties. To clean your sink or other grimy surfaces, rub them directly onto the area. The abrasive effect, combined with the peels’ properties, helps remove residue.
3. Moisturizing skin mask
Ingredients: avocado peels, yogurt, honey.
Avocado peel contains antioxidants and fatty acids that can hydrate the skin. Blend it with a little yogurt and honey to make a natural face mask.
