The napkin trick: a small gesture, a big impact
You may have heard of this famous towel, but you’ve never tried it. However, the idea is as simple as it is ingenious: put a dry towel in the drum before spinning. Thanks to its absorbent material, it absorbs some of the moisture left in the clothes after the spin cycle. The result? Less wet laundry comes out of the washing machine, which dries much faster.
To be really effective, choose a high-speed spin cycle, around 1000 revolutions per minute. That’s all you need: the towel does the rest, acting as a little “natural absorbent” of water.
