Scoop 1 tablespoon of Vaseline Petroleum Jelly into a metal spoon.

Hold the spoon over low heat until the Vaseline completely melts.

Carefully pour the melted Vaseline into a small empty balm container.

Add 1 teaspoon of baby powder to the container.
Step 5
Spray your favorite cologne 3–5 times into the container.

Mix everything well until smooth and combined.
Step 7
Place the container in the fridge until the balm becomes firm.
Step 8
Remove the container from the fridge once the balm has set.
Step 9
Use your finger to scoop a small amount of the perfume balm.
Step 10
Apply it to your wrists, behind your ears, and the side of your neck.
Step 11
Close the balm container tightly.
Step 12
Keep it in your handbag for a quick fragrance touch-up anytime.
