You will notice an immediate effervescent reaction (foam); this is perfectly normal.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">Add the teaspoon of honey and stir very well with a spatula until you obtain a smooth paste.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span dir=\"auto\">For nighttime use only.
